Scan-to-BIM

3D laser scanning records existing conditions for analysis, modeling,

progress monitoring, documentation, and historical preservation. 3D and 2D models can be built from scanned data to any level of detail and accuracy.

Construction Detailing

Construction detailing minimizes delays. We refine models and drawings with fabrication components and code compliance. We can use 3D laser scanning to ensure clash-free installation without on-site mods.

& VDC

BIM coordination and VDC services provide contractors with an advocate that promotes collaboration to produce constructable, virtual structures minimizing on-site delays from system clashes.

Real-Time, On-Site Quality Control

Scan as-built conditions and immediately compare to a model for on-site corrections. Analyze floor flatness/levelness and profiles. Inspect concrete forms before and after the pour. QC before changes are difficult.

Total Station Layout, Point Collection, & Jobsite Control

Work from prints or models to provide efficient and highly precise layout, records of as-built conditions, underground utilities, jobsite control, and QA/QC before and after a pour.

Equipment Sales, Training & Support

We provide robotic total stations, 3D laser scanners, and all related hardware, software, and innovative training for layout, data collection, and analysis.
