Total Station Layout, Point Collection, & Jobsite Control
We use Trimble total stations to layout, record as-built conditions, and maintain jobsite control. No job is too big nor too complicated. You may be surprised by our speed and precision as we combine our experience and this technology to provide site positioning, point collection, and control.

We work from prints, PDF’s, and 2D/3D models to assign layout points before arriving at the jobsite. We then establish jobsite control based on existing conditions including property pins, offsets, and surveyor hubs (which we can replace after excavation as needed). We then layout and record as-built conditions using customer preferred marking procedures for easy identification by crews.
This minimizes rework and keeps projects on time and under budget.
